It happens a lot that people put up money so a company can run a P&D. They put up a lot of money for the paid TOUTs to mail out brochures and run email drives to sell worthless shares. They figure on getting their money back and a lot more, depending on how well the P&D goes. They get a pile of the shares first of course.

Did that happen here??

It is a danger that cannot be overlooked. Not in PENNYLAND!!
