Trouble is, JEN, that you cannot safely put a pretty face on the actions of crooked people. It is best to try to figure out what they are REALLY up to.

Valimeds have been around for years, and never sold even all that they manufactured several years ago.

Kuwaitis are not stupid. Quite the opposite. Why should they invest good money into a largely failed and non salable CDEX product. Makes little to no sense to me.

To jump in and run the SP up on such a basis to me is just repeating the errors of yesterday. Let CDEX actually deliver the old Valimeds get paid and account for the sale in a truthful SEC report due to come in January. Or in an interim report.

NOTE that there is only speculation as to the final sale price..they reported the down payment, why be close-mouthed of the final price?

But of course, I have no wish nor can I dictate what the shareholders do with their money. Nor would a P&D be all bad. Some shareholders could get a lot more for their shares than they are getting now.. At the expense of the next bag holders of the snipe hunt, of course, if I am right.
