down a bunch from its Nov 19th High ".019" current .0056. My question is this penny stock, which seems to have been promoted and now is about 25% of what it was worth less than a month ago, why do you think this is coming back and BCAP isn't? an uplist? upcoming filings? future PR's?


My point is, this is what penny stocks do, go up and down.
