I agree with what your saying but couldnt we continue to trade in this zone for an extended amount of time until we get some news or go to trial.

IMO if theres a lot of money involved in the options Call and Puts. If this level is maintained alot of them would expire worthless with few gains either way. A lot of option holders and long traders got burnt on the last trial delay and might not be willing to go to far out on a limb this time until we are at trial.

I had your same thoughts but the end of this week came up with the above trying to sort this out and come up with a break out direction. After I bought a few Call options LOL!

Time will tell.
