Lessons to be learned here.

1. Never buy a penny stock in which IHub poster "nodummy" has done extensive DD and found to be a scam.
2. Never ever ever buy a stock that that has gagged the Transfer Agent.
3. If it's sounds to good to be true i.e. a .20 dividend on a .01 stock, it probaby is.


A lot of people had the opportunity to get out between Friday and Tuesday once it was revealed the A/S was increased by 50% without any pre-notification. That was a red flag of monumental proportion.
