Just conspiracy theories.

It’s CLEAR they want nothing to do with being a publicly traded company and more than likely are waiting for the delisting notice from the SEC. I am sure the business "loss" will look nice for them come tax season to offset other gains made at Therapy and the Gym!! IMO
