So I was anlyzing the PR's that MSVS released and it has definately solidified my decesion to buy more shares.

I will share with you all my thoughts on what i've discovered.

2 quotes that really struck out to me was:

"Brad Rudman worked diligently to ensure that the shareholders of Micron benefited from this transaction. It is that kind of commitment, a dedication to not solely seek profit for Britannia, but to deliver tangible results to our investors that will inspire long-term shareholder confidence and value."

This tells me that management is restructuring the SS to benefit shareholders NOT the company. I've seen a lot of posts lately asking what will happen to their shares after the merger goes through.

I've been in a lot of merger plays and this one looks like it's going to drastically raise the PPS overnight on december 21st.

Next quote solidifies this speculation of mine even further....

Mr. Robert's concluded, "We are very confident that our current investors and new shareholders will be very pleased with what Micron will evolve into over the next four months."

I hope you all can see the value in this merger like I do.
