If you have facts to the contrary post them. I am sure people would like to know the truth in all this mess. The truth is out there and it is not subject to popular opinion. You cannot just say, that is not what we want to hear.

Seriously, if one reads the reported facts, they seem to point to the same conclusion as before, that shareholders are left with nothing, at least not in this sale.

But people are quite logically confused. Look at the confusion of some who think Wanxiang bought the company (as opposed to the assets). There is confusion as to whether they own shares or just warrants. There is mass confusion over the whole issue of the $350 million that Wanxiang "brought to the table."

The stock may even trade higher tomorrow even if that buying is based on incorrect facts. But, eventually the truth will surface, and I think that truth is that Wanxiang purchased A123 assets for $256 million and A123 will take that money and pay their debts at a ratio of 61 cents to the dollar. That leaves no value for the shareholder.

Is this correct? I believe so, but others believe otherwise. No news on that front; everything about this company and this sale has been confusing and controversial, almost like the company could care less if shareholders know what is going on.
