Those type of things I'm less worried about now that the SEC has decent teeth to deter individuals from doing that sort of thing through freezes.

I consider the $.80 offering a side issue since the rest of $ENYC 's information shows healthy operations. The PPS should be around a dime if not more based on the supplement.
