Hi Risk,

Not particularly happy with the developments but nonetheless prefer a realistic accounting of the events.

BTW, please check my math.

1,100,000 shares at .0011 = $1,210
1,100 shares at $1.10 = $1,210

They seem to equal the same $$$ amount, did it happen to your shares, my shares, anybody elses shares? Someone out there seems to think this is exclusive to them. Did someone steal my money or shares? No, I don't get it. Will the stock price hold? I don't know.

Does the family and friends hold most of the shares? I don't know but doubt it, they are the ones who payed $.10-$1.00 before we were here. I'd venture to say they are at a greater loss than us, especially if they have provided additional funding over the past 3 years.

I still haven't seen any proof of the accusations but am open to looking at that, if someone can provide it.
