Nope. Keeping shareholders updated as usual.

It is very odd that SRGE issues a press release to announce a upcoming press release but doesn't say anything about the 50% increase of the A/S.

Just how was that keeping shareholders informed?

SRGE gagged the TA to do a MASS DILUTION and pulled it off. If someone hadn't seen it on the Nevada SOS site SRGE wouldn't have said anything. But, true DD found the A/S increase and posted it.
