Eyebuystox, the additional $7 million from the ATM somewhat matches the additional shares Krakonos ID'd (dates don't align).

At this timing, when PPHM needs to await trial results to report out, I am of the frame of mind that PPHM garnering another $7 million to offset new operating costs since October 31 is a good thing..... within practical limitations. I don't like to see the share count climb without there being a correlation with share holder value delivered through accomplishing a business plan milestone. PPHM accomplished a milestone with the Phase 3 Cotara trial FDA approval, but there are a lot of moving parts in play simultaenously.... the ATM, more short sales, uncertainty about trial result standing etc.
