You should add this to the list, too from page 26 of the filing to keep it unbiased:

Subsequent to October 31, 2012 and through November 30, 2012, we raised an additional $7,296,000 in gross proceeds under the At Market Sales Issuance Agreement.

I guess you're right...if you know what to look for you can see what's going on. I was blinded with optimism before and paid the price dearly. Until those trial results are announced and verified by a partnership or phase III I'm done being a cheerleader. All, IMO.

IMO, it's those 4 decimal point trades that are a sign the ATM is hard at work.
