One thing about the R/s

It will be based on the "par Value"

This is why a R/S is not practical with the A/S and O/S at these levels. Before a R/S can take place, somehow the O/s have to be decreased first, otherwise it will trigger a massive selloff after the R/s with unrealistic value and no buyers until the share value is reached.
