you can see that Mr. Lang has been ... he didnt dump shares in the market .. Mr. Lang kept the S/S great as we all see by the way this trades and folks called T/A and see S/S in filings. Seems to be a very honest CEO, and which is hard to find in penny land.

I too believe this to be true. He has always communicated and did not dump into the markets when he could have.

Reality is that with any funding, dilution will occur. The question will be what value is acquired in return and who will be in control of the added shares. If managed responsibly, it can be a good thing and Mr. Lang has been responsible so far.
