Lopehandia is currently disputing ownership of the property with Barrick Gold Corporation as the latter claims to own
the Pascua Lama deposit and thus, the Mina Pascua deposit. The outcome of the dispute and accordingly the ability of
the Optionor to convey the property rights to the Company are not determinable at this time.

If YKR follows through with his threat to report the July News release to the BCSC, it will undoubtedly be retracted.
