I've been reading Stalking Horse Offer Auction. Anyone here with knowledge correct me if I'm wrong. Wanx (won) the auction for 260m, they now if approve by the court for being the winner, would have to assume over all the liabilities and top of that give the company (the seller) 260m to have control of whatever assets they purchasing.
