So I was trying to calculate how much shares would be worth but got somewhat confused. What I did was I estimated, if the company got bought for 200,000,000 and assuming debt was paid off, then I divided that by outstanding shares (384.7 millie) and got a PPS of .51. Not sure if I'm doing this right but can anyone help out? On top of that, just curious if A. You guys are holding for the long run, and B. What your expected price target is. Thanks in advance.

Not sure how this zapp came up with the 200mil bid but you have to give him credit regardless of what we think of him...
