The argument in this article stating that if A123 falls into Chinese hands that we would not be able to control privy information is just malarkey. That's like saying that if you're a US citizen of Chinese descent that you're a Chinese spy. The fact is that we have the systems in place, such as ITARs, to prevent such things from occurring.
In my opinion, if a USA or European company acquire A123 they will not be required to honor certain contracts including shareholder interest.
