friggin' cornell capital aka yorkville was the yo-yo funders behind one of the best trading stocks (if you were on the right side of the trade) in early 2000s called iVoice Technologies, aka IVOC....the trading spike monster.

that other board had cool talk with people like TheAgent, IRIshbull, DUKEM1999, and a couple of other cool cats.

Back to SRGE, it is dilutive, because if there ever was a 20cent dividend, with more OS, restricted or non-restricted, the dividend is now diluted.

that is right, the dividend is dilutive.

they figured $500mln cash sale for cinco minas in the PR, so 500mln divided by about 550mln is about $1 per share and 80% haircut means twenty cents per share.

so,,,,,,the dividend is dilutive because if now we have another 500mln restricted share block issued, then it's $500mln divided by 1billion shares @ 80% = only a ten cent dividend.

so the dividend is dilutive.......you see we are getting only now ten cents instead of twenty cents.

you know, I never sold SRGE on Friday - maybe i'll stay here for a while longer.

and if the AS increase was due to a restricted issuance for the JV player, well I guess I really don't care because restricted stock has a legend on it saying that the shares are not tradeable. they must either registered the shares or file a form form 144 in 2 years.

all these people saying they MUST file REG D to sell the shares is ludicrous. SRGE does not have to file anything. So what, they issued restricted stock. That is is. There are rules with restricted stock, and no DTC clearing broker will take that stock in for penny stocks anyways. So, it's just a piece of paper on the books of the TA.

ten cents is still good money from here, right?
