The 500 million shares are a part of the bigger picture that is about to unfold. The share buyback was to allow SRGE to re-issue those shares as a bargaining chip in the MASSIVE deal that is about to unfold. Watch and see. I'm holding. Total share count will be minuscule relative to pps in very near future. GLTA.
