Nothing personal, but I don't think you should be invested in a company with employees with significant ties to management that was indicted, convicted and then the conviction tossed because, for one of the rarest instances I can ever recall the U.S. Attorney's Office doing, the conviction was tossed for a blown statute of limitations. You do realize that those guys have conviction rates of almost 95% and when they lose, they lose on law or facts - NOT someone spending taxpayer dollars to lose a case on missing a deadline....Sounds to me like someone was willing to let it blow for a fellow Harvard grad or similarly situated crony.

Anyway, no offense taken, but LQMT is obviously a crapshoot. When it comes to mgmt - would you rather see ALL the old guard cleaned out that was associated with not only criminal actions (albeit it with another entity), but TOTAL mismanagement and outright fraud (read the SAGA lawsuit for laughs and how LQMT didn't even bother to proffer a defense knowing they were caught naked) that included these guys? That's really my point. You invest for concept and product, but you hope you have the right mgmt team in place. FWIW, new mgmt hasn't produced any revenues or any profits, whether they can do it in the next six months is my personal timeline to fish or cut bait. Maybe Steipp is taking actions to address those things and clean out the dead fish, but only time will tell...
