Are you suggesting that the securities laws of the United States do not apply to a public company, simply because it uses the small business exception to filing?
How incorrect you are. Of course, it comes to no surprise that you would post such an incorrect statement.
Not only do normal fraud laws apply for shareholders, but the Securities laws apply for the government. Did you not read the enforcement proceedings against USWF.PK that I provided to this board. That little tiny pinksheet that never filed got itself into deep trouble for making false claims.
You better watch the things you say. One could certainly suggest that you are attempting to obstruct people's rights with false information.
