Yes, if this was not pink -- IMO you would be correct.

If any NASDAQ or AMEX stock tried to do that -- they would be in serious trouble. But Telatinos is pink, so basically they don't have to do a damn thing if they don't want to.

That's why there's a long disclaimer on sec.gov regarding pinkies...there is no enforcement of filings, so basically you invest at your own risk.

Which, unfortunately, we all did.

Good stocks are obvious. Extensive DD is how you convince yourself to buy a bad one.
