There are many reasons why a company does an increase to the A/S.

all the subterfuge by SRGE. The website you cite is talking about fully reporting, transparent companies.

SRGE is anything but fully reporting and it completely non-transparent.

Name one other company that went dark 2 years ago and hasn't filed a audited financial since 2007 - PLUS, gagged the TA and did a mass dilution that was a positive for the investors.
