Juneau Project, Alaska

Currently the Company is investigating the feasibility of acquiring a 50% interest in a tailings remediation project at Juneau, Alaska which has the potential to produce gold. No further payments had been made to AMEx during the month of October 2012 to exercise the Juneau Option.
Testing in this project continues and a 50,000 ton test mining program is being carried out. The Company is considering to exercise its option on this project.

I appears to me that testing is ongoing as per the "COMPANY"S" latest report and that we as a Company may consider the final installment payment to make Juneau a reality ...
