Thank you for your suggestion ill check in to it.

Some one suggested to me psec. Its payout ratio is 75%. A livable amount. In previous eras, payout was about 60% on us stocks and yields of about 5% or so. Psec yield is 11%. I buy and hold. But ill maybe aim it in first gear . Use price and constant value of praveen's technique. The yield will be gravy It , the price fluctuates +/- about 10 to 20 % in a year. What do you think.
