Where is the info on dilution? 300M outstanding is not unusual for a upstart in the cell sci. field.

I do not understand the trading interest on no news other than the MMs gathering up all the cheap shares when Dec is the month that many traders trash nonproductive shares for the tax loss/gain benefit...why run on guessing?
