I have been in that same position many times in my long career in penny stocks. You simply give up sometimes because you are sick of waiting for something to happen. So you put that stock way way way back on the back burner and virtually write it off. Then one day you simply say " I'm cleaning my portfolio to-day " - and you dump it at the bid. Or in the extreme rare case the stock actually wakes up and does something. But you often see it start to move after it has been rolled back hard. I'm quite convinced here in this case with KATX you are going to see a HUGE HUGE roll-back before you see any upward price movement.
