WW, it is just my opinion, but management seems consistently to keep Argus in the "airship" category in their communications, even if they talk MTS. That is why I don't expect an EPA award in 2012. I personally think management has signaled that BiB is our front runner. I hope Command Post came on with their SDVO a while ago and has only been announced recently. That would help us with the EPA IMO. Generally, DHS companies don't have as much opportunity to fill their set aside quotas as DoD companies do. A SDVO partner would help a lot in the DHS IMO.
