Yes you are right, if the name and symbol change then the naked shorts will be out of luck, they would have to repurchase under the new symbol which will drive the price of the stock up.
How much did your 100M shares cost you? Did you pay less than .0001?
Perhaps you bought your shares at a discount, did you purchase them online yourself or did you allocate a certain amount of funds for your broker to purchase them for you?

Because if you told your broker to buy $10,000 worth of CBYI perhaps he got them for lower than .0001
