I was proving that GYST would be able to be held liable for things stated on their facebook page. So if GYST is lying about something material to the health of the company and vital to making investment decisions, the SEC would be able to take action. I'm certain that GYST knows this as well.

Your post is quite off-topic. Your rebellion against technology, as you post on an internet message board, has nothing to do with whether or not GYST has released the information or not. The information is there, free, for anyone to see. Graystone is not responsible for their shareholders' technology preferences.

By the way, you'd lose your bet. I own shares in 2 companies, and neither of them are facebook.
