Agreed, 80% ownership to use the NOL's is common business sense. Frear also mentioned the value of those NOL's in this mornings broadcast.
IMO we may see a SP increase on the scope similar to the surge to $9.43, how high is impossible to predict but it will be substantial. This time the surge will have teeth and staying power. Exciting time to be a SIRI long.
