Kimber1911; Who called Ullman a liar? AWS is owned by MEI, is it not? Goldberg is CEO of MEI, is he not?
The back debts to us as well as non-divers goes back to three years ago. Extensive contact information in Puerta Plata regarding the Hispaniola and the law suit has already been posted. READ IT. A valid letter of indemnification is posted. READ IT. As to your question "there has to be a reason". Most definitely is. It's the Dominican Republic. When we docked in Santo Domingo, There was a Russian owned freighter named the "Funky " tied up in front of us. It too was in major litigation. Unpaid crew wages, unpaid dockage, unpaid port fees. Sound familiar? Three years and not settled as the owners lawyers got delays, extensions, etc. Wasn't settled when we left.

As you continue to post volumes of meaningless referrals, assumptions and questions already answered, I and others repeatedly ask you this. Where is the evidence of the three million dollars in water maker orders? Where is the evidence of patent ownership for this marvelous invention? I and all of my colleagues that have filed suit are most interested in real MEI cash in the bank or assets we can go after here in the good old USA. From what we believe we know, MEI has nothing. As you rightly say, things are taking far too long in the D.R. Trying to seize and sell a ship that's now going to come to be worth nothing is discouraging. So please tell us more.
