I wouldn't call Ullman a lair, what lies has he told? Please share with the board, I have never once spoken with Goldberg, I dont like Goldberg, but I like Ullman who is in charge of AWS. This is important, as this is the revenue arm of AWS.

Also can you post some links and more information regarding the lawsuit of the divers? What dates were they not paid for, how much is the total lawsuit, why hasnt there been any progress in the case, if it is so one sided, and MEXP is so obviously wrong? Please update us on what is happening, why is it taking so slow, were the divers shorted for months on end, was it years, was it before April of 2011? I understand that it was this year, but some are posting a link from April of 2011, and after reading it I want to know the dates they were shorted as I understand how important the wording is.

I am very wary of this case, the longer it goes on without resolution the more likely the divers will lose the case, the more time that passes the worst chance the divers will have in court. What are they waiting for? Cant they press the issue and get the court to summon MEXP? Why not? There are a lot of things about this that dosnt sound right to me, there is more that we are not being told on this forum. I want to know.

If MEXP is responsible for the divers, I hope they get paid. But I cant help but wonder why is it taking so long? I have heard about his since July, and nothing has changed, there has been no progress, why? There has to be a reason.
