Have you see the order from the court that llene post yesterday ? It confirmed that A123 can sell everything without any stupid government consent.

I wonder why that court order is not wide spread as the " bad" news. I guess the court order might appear next week to fuel the price.

The more of these " consent" make me feel that some party using this news to gain attention. Make the auction up to the foreign and political level. All they want is to get more party or corporation to participate this auction . Guess who ? The MM I bet...
