It is impossible for this company to use this stock to make it because it is so TOXIC. They had debt in the hands of promoters or others that convert and don't have to register. Dilution happens and the only way to reverse that process is reverse the stock. Do the math, the company will not be worth more than 0001 soon. Doesn't matter how positive you think either. This isn't bashing, this is life. This deal does not make sense. It is run by no one, in a place that doesn't exist and has false news announcements. This has turned into a fiasco of financial flatulence. It is full of hot air and hype. SCAM SCAM SCAM
