I DO agree with you. It's BAD to have something like this happen ...but the biggest worry by many of the "zodiac-type" investors was the "After close on Friday" scenario. Now we know that was never really the issue.

My guess is the only reason Scott (and NAUG) would agree to suffer this embarrassment is if they have made a valid argument against what the independent auditor is saying ...on the PLUS side, that is.

No doubt there is "book cooking" going on. A few dollars here ...a few dollars there. All we really need is something CLOSE to what they have stated in the past.
