I spoke to Finn, the PR person mentioned on news release. He said Scott told him that the independent auditor supposedly needed more time to review the lengthy audit details of all the independent car lots. Keep in mind that the independent auditor is the second level audit which is following the first audit by a different firm.

My take:
1. Is Scott embarrassed? Yes.
2. Are stockholders feeling screwed? Yes.
3. Will final signoff by independent auditor and submission of 8-K to SEC occur before the end of October? I'd say there is a VERY high probability!!!!!!!!!
4. I think today will turn out to be the best buying opportunity for a long time to come.
