The key problem is just one: buyout. If the buyout failed, the company have reason not to give us divedent, and then maybe the assay result be bad, and it is not go to OTCBB but gray markets, so all good things can focus on this one: how is going for the property buyout, but the "positive" news have be delayed for three day, do you have faith to trust them and their company?
