Financial delay.

The financials could be delayed for several reasons. They could be audited by a certified cpa, so as to conform with otc listing. Not to mention that they are the fiscal year end financials. Even more of a reason to be certified, so we can finally put all the noise to rest and get on with our jv or buyout. I'm really feeling that the company is making sure the "t"'s are crossed and the "i"'s are dotted to perfection. If you feel it is a good investment, why does it matter how long it takes to reap the benefits of a little patience?
