Did everyone read this post posted earlier???? I agree 100% with this post and have stated this many times here that the Buyout would have to be done once SRGE has filed 4th qtr and brought current and once they go OTCBB. Well we are about here folks

**Talked to a friend at Goldman...
Spoke last night to a buddy who works in acquisitions at Goldman Sachs. He had not heard of SRGE, but read through the PRs. He basically said yeah, if they are doing a JV or buyout they will need to uplist and Magna is a pro at getting that done fast. He has heard of Magna, and said they wouldn't take on a stock under investigation by the SEC, so that notion is pure nonsense.
He said it's worth buying at this price for sure. This guys pulls in about 575K a year, and has been in the business 10 years. I trust his judgement.
