I've heard that as well. As far as limiting shorting SRGE..... my questrade broker has notified me that A GTC does not limit them from lending out my stock. Apparently it's in the TOS I signed with them. Regardless, the short position on SRGE will eventually have to be covered. It may keep the price lower for the time being but that helps keep out the flippers and daytraders. Longs will be rewarded eventually.
