IMO genius is connecting data points that others cannot. A $250K safety feature? Not unreasonable for a big cruise ship IMO. Those who have never launched an aerostat do not realize the breakthrough that the containerized launch and retrieval introduces (see Mide's patent post). Regarding your article, most aerostats have tracking and cutdown (rapid deflation) devices so they don't stay lost a long time. I have also been thinking of one or two novel envelopes that the BiB could incorporate. What I like about WSGI is the more I study our tech, the more opportunities I see. Thanks, Ren!
