Selling BiB's with ISR to Cruise Lines! You are a genius, Ren. There is ISR software to detect movement against a static background--I don't know if there is some to pick up a person against a moving ocean. But, with that a BiB at 3000 feet is going to see 6 miles with daylight electro-optical. Even easier to see at night with FLIR. 6 miles radius is over 120 square miles of ocean you can search--need software algorithms of course.

The web site below says there are 230 cruise ships in the world and the number is expected to double by 2020:
