IMUN did a Private placement for 7 Million dollars @ $.10 or
70 Million shares. Most of those shares have been held for more than 1 year. Some investors elected to take a profit between 50%
to 100% Capital Gain at a 15% tax rate. Maybe some investors needed money for the Holiday. In either case the news is great
and this investment will be a big winner over time.
