My guess is the big bidder is someone from challenger that is having a chance to accumulate shares before the merger is announced. This is a bonus for a cheaper purchase price of the company. Once the merger is announced I would guess another 100 to 200 million more shares are issued for the purchase price with an assumed value of 1 cent. Challenger will have assessed value of over 2 million. All this is taking challenger at their word of products and possible deals. If the menards thing is real could be a great fit. Would give challenger capital to expand production and still have a percentage of the original company and the advantage of the public company share printing ATM if needed. I think everyone is silent now because emww told challenger to close communication until deal is announced. Just my opinion on this, but would make some sense. Good luck
