KCG is a fraud, look at the multiple investigations ongoing into naked short selling and a whole host of fraudulent activity.
Perhaps a glance at the parade of lawsuits marching towards the courthouse better illustrate the scams up here!
Any "sale" of assets if it ever materializes (which I doubt), will be rolled back by the plaintiffs seeking to made whole again after KCG intentionally spent 7 billion dollars and lost 80% value in one day.
No wonder the SEC has fined these criminals 79 MILLION DOLLARS for fraud recently and the NYSE has banned Knight from making markets on MANY securities.
