There is absolutely no chance of BCAP seeing .0001. In fact .0003 is very unlikely.

If I may, I'd like to draw your attention to an item left out of your post. That is there are massive blocks at .0003 and especially .0002. It seems that there are no shortage of buyers at those levels.
