Well actually according to some posts made here some people had called Jeff Gates and he supposedly told them that the pr would be out before the end of August, then 2 months later Jeff Gates said "nex week" because Sandy left them with no electricity, so yeah the company hasn't really been that silent. We have no idea if any "insider" info being circulated among some people, there is no evidence to completely disprove that this hasn't happened. Randy shouldn't be just saying whatever he wants, he is the CEO of a company that is dealing with a public company so he is supposed to follow the rules, plus this might prove that Randy and his company is not that honest which should affect the value and results of this company.
